We occasionally get emails from people who say they didn’t get our email only to find out it was ‘hiding’ in another folder.

​Using Gmail? Be sure to check your Promotions tab and then drag the email into the “Primary” tab so you don’t miss a thing.

Using Outlook? Check your Clutter folder. If it’s there, simply move the message back to your Inbox folder or any other folder.
